This manual is based on the physical education program for vocational colleges, and it reflects the theoretical knowledge that college students need to master in athletics, as well as practical exercises for them to practice during and outside of class. It also contains the conditions of the competition, the duties of judges of various categories, and instructions for training judges. Although the manual is intended for students of vocational colleges, it can also be used by physical education teachers and students, and specialists in the construction of sports facilities.
