Img INTRODUCTION After our country gained its independence, drastic changes began to occur in various aspects of our social life, in particular, in the field of sports. In particular, our head of state paid special attention to the development of the sports sector. This is not without reason, of course. Sports have a decisive force in creating a healthy environment and in the comprehensive physical and spiritual development of the younger generation. The reason is that while we are moving towards development, there are still many educational problems that need to be solved on our way. For example, these days there is a certain weakness, a gap between the demands of life and the methods of upbringing. Therefore, to fill this gap, folk outdoor games, which are considered to be invaluable traditions and unique values of our people, and physical education classes, play an important role. So, what is the purpose of folk outdoor games? Of course, these games are not played for fun. Because this is a collection of spiritual gems that our ingenious people have accumulated over the centuries. Look at the wisdom of the Uzbek people, each game is first of all simple, interesting, and its core is instilled with feelings such as folk melody, nationality, love and fate, courage, bravery, patriotism, self-sacrifice, and humanity. Such a harmony of education and upbringing plays a programmed role in raising a mature person. If we turn to history, the first examples of folk games began to appear in the era of primitive society. We will dwell on this separately later. Our self-sacrificing people have created, honed, and perfected each game for hundreds of years. He has preserved selected types of games for future generations. At all stages of development, representatives of the older generation have extended a helping hand to the younger generation, and, as far as possible, have constantly taught the younger generation their accumulated knowledge and experience, as well as their attitude towards their favorite activities, thereby creating a gradual connection.
